Enter the Will into probate, and assure that all legal requirements of the settlement process are completed.

Obtain appraisals of required property for tax purposes.
Manage all aspects of real estate and prepare for distribution or sale as required.
Evaluate contracts and leases, give necessary notices and comply with all requirements.

Investigate all claims against the estate, and handle them accordingly.
Collect all life insurance, rents, and other amounts.
Prepare and file estate and inheritance tax returns, both federal and state.
Pay related estate and inheritance taxes.
Prepare a final accounting of the estate.
