Mobile Deposit
When you receive a check in the mail, from a friend, or from a customer, the fastest way to deposit it into your GSB checking account is with your mobile device.
- Just log into the GSB mobile app and tap the "Deposit" button.
- Endorse the back of the check by signing your name and writing "For Mobile Deposit Only" below the signature.
- In the window, enter the amount of the check you are depositing.
- Take a photo of the front and back of the check.
- Review and approve the deposit as prompted.
- Repeat the process if you have additional checks to deposit.
You'll receive electronic confirmation of your deposit.
Funds are often available in your account by the next business day
Debit Card Controls
Debit Card Controls is a FREE* feature of your GSB Mobile App! With Debit Card Controls, you control your GSB Debit Card through the GSB Mobile Banking App, including:
- Turn your GSB Debit Card off or on
- Limit transaction amounts, locations, and merchant types
- Receive text alerts of “Declined Transactions” due to set card controls**
- Set Travel Notices and more!
To set up Debit Card Controls,*** click on “Cards” in the Mobile App, then scroll to the “Manage Card” and follow the prompts.

*** Please note: Users of both the “My Cards” debit card controls in the GSB Mobile App and the free-standing CardValet App should note that any control settings/debit card limits you set on either system will supersede any control settings/debit card limits you have previously setup in both “My Cards” controls in the GSB Mobile App and the free-standing CardValet App.

GSB CreditCenter
The GSB Credit Center is a FREE benefit for GSB Online Banking and Mobile Banking customers. Get Free Credit Scores, Credit Reports, and Credit Monitoring, Credit Alerts and more. There are even tips on how to improve your credit score! All for free! There’s no credit card required. Here's how to sign up:
- Existing GSB Online or Mobile Banking customers: Log in to GSB Online Banking or your GSB mobile app and follow directions to sign up for GSB CreditC enter. Log In to GSB Online Banking
- Existing GSB customers without Online or Mobile Banking: Click Sign up for Online Banking and/or download the GSB mobile app. Then follow directions to sign up for GSB CreditCenter. Sign up for Online Banking
- Non-GSB customers: Come in to any GSB office or click Open An Account and follow directions to open an account. Once your new account has been funded, sign up for free Online Banking and/or the free GSB mobile App. Then follow the directions to sign up for GSB CreditCenter.
